Pay online or by transfer. We send a short form and a checklist: logo, photos, text, contacts. Your domain and email are set up the same day.

We build
Your site is built on our template library in your colours. You get a preview link on day four.
Day5
You review
One round of changes, in our meeting room or by screen share. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Day7
Live, and handed over
SSL on, email on your phone, your Google profile claimed, and thirty minutes of training, in our office or by screen share.
Day five is a conversation, not an email.
You sit at the table, we open the preview on the screen, and we change things while you watch. Day seven is the same room, with your email on your phone and a one-page handover sheet signed by both of us.

08Questions
The questions everyone asks.
What if I have no logo or photos?
We make a simple wordmark from your business name and use licensed stock photos until you have your own. Send what you have; we do the rest.
Who owns the domain and the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and the website files are yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over cleanly.
What if the site goes down?
We know before you do: it is checked every minute and an engineer is paged. An outage is worked on within the hour, any day of the week. Everything else is answered within one working hour, Monday to Friday.
Where are the servers?
In a tier-three data centre abroad, with backups in a second location; the people are in Dawaki. That is faster and safer for a small business than a rack in an office with power problems.
How do I pay?
In naira, by bank transfer: ask on WhatsApp for an invoice and we send one within the working hour. Online in the store, you can pay with crypto through Cryptomus or with PayPal. PayPal does not take naira, so it is for payments in dollars, pounds or euros. The bundle is paid in full before the build starts, which is what lets us promise seven days.
I am outside Nigeria, or I do not want a .com.ng.
Fine on both counts. The bundle works with a .com, a .ng or any other extension at the price in the domain list, and the whole job can be done by WhatsApp, email and screen share. The handover then happens on a call instead of in the meeting room.
What if my content is late, or I want more changes?
Day one is the working day we have both your payment and your content, so a late checklist moves the dates, not the price. One round of changes is included on day five; after that, changes are ₦10,000 an hour, or an hour a month on the Care Plan.
What happens after the first three months?
From the fourth month a care plan takes over. After the Business Bundle or Business Bundle Plus it is the Care Plan, ₦15,000 a month: hosting, email, security, backups, updates and an hour of changes. After the Online Shop it is Shop Care, ₦45,000 a month, which adds five hours of product and price updates and daily off-server backups. Cancel any month; the site stays yours.
Can you move my existing website?
Yes, free on any hosting plan if you ask within 30 days of signing up; after that we quote a price first. Send the login to your current host and we usually finish within two working days with no downtime.
Is there a contract?
Hosting and email are paid yearly or monthly, with no lock-in. Care Plans are monthly. Larger builds have a one-page agreement with the price, the dates and what each side provides.
